Users engage with the platform by taking existing artwork and adding their own creative modifications [2]. This interactive process not only allows for artistic expression but also incorporates a reward system. OneHub is designed to foster artistic collaboration through its remixing feature [1]. The platform enables users to take a featured piece of artwork and apply their own unique alterations [1]. This functionality is central to the user experience, encouraging creative engagement with existing digital content [2]. A key aspect of this collaborative model is the shared reward system; both the individual who creates the remix and the original artist receive experience points (XP) every time a remixed piece is acquired [2]. This incentivizes participation and acknowledges the contributions of both parties in the artistic process [2].
OneHub by NFT.NYC positions itself within the evolving landscape of digital art platforms, specifically focusing on user-generated content and remix culture within the NFT space [2]. Unlike traditional art marketplaces, OneHub emphasizes interactive creation rather than solely exhibiting static works. Its model of shared incentives for original artists and remixers distinguishes it from platforms that primarily focus on initial sales or single-creator ownership [2]. The integration of NFT.Kred as its powering technology also places it within the broader ecosystem of blockchain-based digital assets and verifiable ownership [1]. This blend of community participation, creative transformation, and blockchain technology sets OneHub apart in the digital art and NFT market [1], [2].
